Most of the work I do is a true hybrid model of care.
It's pioneering, revolutionary, consciousness shifting, transformational work.
I believe deeply in family systems theory and engage the whole person, and the whole system, in the healing process.
I work with families who are trailblazers in their willingness to break cycles, heal generational trauma, and engage in awakening and integration. I am often called to work with children (and parents!) who are highly sensitive/empathic and are here to change the systems, break the barriers, and create a new world for us all,
from the inside out.
HOW TO WORK WITH ME...
DROP-IN SESSIONS:
I offer drop-in sessions for those who need to go deep on a particular topic/event/circumstance but who don't desire on- going sessions. I call them ROOTS AND WINGS sessions because we energetically drop into the space and look at it from the depths of the roots and then we soar above to find the information most needed by the individuals.
ON-GOING SESSIONS:
I offer on-going weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions.
I am available for one-on-one sessions, couple sessions, and family sessions.
RITUALS FOR LIFE:
It is a true honor to walk with you through life's transitions. Rituals are a passion for me. They mark time and create meaning. They ground expansion and capacity. They seal experience in us like nothing else. They allow us to enter into the sacred and heal, connect, grieve, celebrate, release, and pray, all at once. A HOME FOR HEALERS
Healers need healing too.
Many of the individuals who seek my guidance are what I call 'healers.' Whether it's a profession, a dream, or simply a way of being, this is probably you. For younger clients, I see children/teens who are here for deeply purposeful reasons. Old souls, rainbow/indigo children, empaths, highly sensitive beings, and more. I consider all of these individuals healers. Because they are here with a profound mission and movement to serve this planet and humanity by their presence, through their sensitivities, their perspectives, their being. And I'm here for it!
As a healer myself, and parenting a healer too, I am well equipped.
I am here to guide you as you find your voice, your boundaries, your power, to create a space where permission floods your field (if you aren't already fully embodying it), and to gently foster your expansion. I am here to see you fully, love and accept all the parts and pieces of you, so you can do all the above for yourself and you can bring that energy to all you serve, now and in the future.
As healers, we can get distracted ('busy'), consciously and unconsciously, healing others that we forget ourselves.
We forget that first and foremost the light we bring must shine on our own hearts. We too need our love, tenderness, and focus. This may seem simple but it is often overlooked and undervalued in our lineage or even our training. It is, however, integral to our abilities and expansion as a healer.
